The Wooten Company provided architectural and engineering design services for the renovation of 3,840 square feet located in the basement of the Ferguson Building for use as library archival space. Work included a stairwell with egress stairs, and a door from room 126 to the stairwell. Interior electrical work included power distribution and lighting connected to the existing panel board. Site work included concrete sidewalks. Mechanical work included a new HVAC and dehumidification system that tied into existing hot and chilled water systems.
